About Us
Maintaining Matters is run by Con and Jaci Pavlou.
Con has been working as a handyman since 2009. Prior to starting his own business he worked as a cabinet maker and as a builders assistant. Jaci joined the business in 2015. With Jaci running the administration side of the office, Con now concentrates on the handyman work and getting the job done.
Our Difference
The majority of our work is with Real Estate companies - either assisting property managers or the sales team. We offer a large range of services and often avoid the need to get various trades in - saving on costs and callouts.

We work exclusively with Property Managers, Sales Agents and Building Managers, and we have done so for many years. As a result, we understand the unique needs and concerns of tenants and landlords, and this structure allows us to provide a great, prompt service and accurate quotes.
What about work needing Certifications?
For any works requiring certifications (such as Electrical and Plumbing) we send experienced and qualified tradespeople with all necessary certifications.
What is so good about your communication?
We know how frustrating it can be not knowing when a tradesperson is coming to your home. We send a reminder the day before so you know what to expect, and we will message you when we are leaving your home (if you are not able to be there).

We provide both residential and commercial property maintenance and have done both for many years.

We relocated to the Sunshine Coast from Melbourne in 2020. We primarily provide services to real estate agents, allowing both landlords and tenants to benefit from our more than 20 years industry experience in the most efficient way possible.
We are a family business, a family team, and we do our very best to ensure your house is a home - that it is liveable and up to standard and is somewhere people are happy to live in.
We are experts at working together with property management and we also pride ourselves on our communication - so tenants know when we will be arriving and leaving - so we can make sure the job gets done and gets done right.
